Mrs. Christina Lee
I have been at Saint Odilo School since 1998 teaching Computer and P.E. I received my B.A. in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago in 1996 which required me to take numerous classes in computer technology. I also minored in Sports Recreation for two years at Triton College. I taught computer 5 years part time at Mary Queen of Heaven in Cicero and one year at Saint Mary of Czestochowa in Cicero. Previously, during my college years, I coached various sports for West Suburban Special Recreation Association (WSSRA) to children and adults with special needs, soccer and volleyball for the Park District of Oak Park and coached the Majors division for Westchester Girls Softball.
I have three children who attend or have graduated from Saint Odilo. (Jayme class of 2014, Jack class of 2015 and Lucy future class of 2022)
Activities in the Lab
The Saint Odilo Computer Research Lab offers 40 minutes of computer and research time to students Kindergarten through 8th grade. Fifth through Eighth grade meet 3 times a week.
Students work on educational internet sites, internet scavenger hunts, keyboarding, power point presentations, photography and photojournalism projects and emailing through our Saint Odilo School Website.
Mid October through November the 8th grade class works on writing projects assigned and graded by student teachers from Saint Xavier University (students of Dr. Angelo Bonadonna's Teaching of Writing class.) These students visit and pair up with the 8th graders twice a week.
